I know Lil' Wayne is not the best,ive seen him in Oracle Arena 12/23/08. He is good because he is new and fresh,i remember when everyone jumped on M'Ms dick when he came out, then it was 50 Cent for a while this while Lil' Wayne was unknown rapping Bling Bling or the last part in Back that ass up. The best can be played anytime anywhere and everyone knows who it is and does not think it is old but all sing along. 2Pac Biggie Jay Z and Bob Marley- there music will never be out played or get old.
