...Miss Rebbecca was undoubtedly directed to sing it the way she did. I just felt, as others may have, that the song seems "darker" and less "jovial" than she was directed to portray it. This doesn't reflect at all on her acting skills...She did great. You could be right in that this is the better of the two desicions...but I'd still like to see the other version...wouldn't you?

Wow Arromac. Just wow. First and foremost: It was not I who PRETENDED to be a director.. I think you'll find one of your friend's post entertaining if you were to reread it. Secondly, I never claimed she COULDN'T have acted differently in the video - I only claimed she NEEDN'T have done so, because her acting was great for what SHE intended in HER video. I'm sure it could be good other ways, but not necessarily better. Oh, and how are you NOT making "NO bad response to Rebecca's acting"? Right..

....ikillreid, I realize you loved her video, so I won't doubt you for that. I too enjoyed the video, probably more than you know, and I/We make NO bad response to Miss Rebecca's acting ability what-so-ever...We, (Socomfan and I), thought that the video would have been more realistic and pungant if Miss Rebecca had acted like she was more, "like a women scorn" instead of like, "I got you-in the divorce settlement."I'm speaking without socomfan's regard's so forgive me if I took liberty's....

i have loved this song since it came out but this is the first time i saw the video and it sucked! there was not enough power in her face to portray the meaning of the song or to make it look like she is actually singing...and why was she smiling?? bad. bummer. i still love love the song tho.

I dont want any arguing over my opinion but my step-dad just left my mom so whatever with all of you! But I think you guys are all missing the real point of this song!
